      Pros

      There aren't too many pros.

      Cons

      The patients/elderly are extremely aggressive. They yell constantly and hit the nursing staff. I don't know how anyone can work there. There are constant meetings/orientations/certifications that people are supposed to go to (for a janitorial job? Really?) Also, you have to take a tuberculosis test for some reason.

      Pros

      The residents are wonderful. They believe in their town and love the long standing traditions they hold.

      Cons

      Building needs lots of improvements. Staffing was always a struggle. Regional clinical leadership were not educated on assisted living regulations so it was difficult to get support needed.
