There are a handful of negative reviews on this company and unfortunately, they are accurate. Leadership and the lack of trust in their employees to do what they were hired for. You will be working 40+ hours a week and if there is a company event planned over the weekends, you will feel a sense that you are expected to be there. If you aren’t it will be brought up one way or another. During my time with the company, there was a revolving door of employees starting and leaving in a very short timeframe, which can give you an idea of the work culture. Expectations are extremely high and plan to take on more than the job description that you were hired for, even if it's outside your profession. No incentives The owner. I respect the company he has built but evolving with today's modern-day business and trusting talented and knowledgeable employees is not his strength.
