Pros

no prons, it is totally scam

Cons

Unprofessional and scam interview . Ask for Project manager position but have to perform sales position. This company is a fake company started by 3 people graduated from same university Georgia state university. It is very disrespectful to go for such interview where you are scam on name of project Manager position. rather will work in any retail organization if have to do sales position, in the organization you will get paid when u get customers for their client . you have to work 9:30 am -7 pm M-S and weekly pay is $700 before tax . totally scam with your life also .

Front Page Agency Response

We want to be clear—Front Page Agency is not a scam. By your own admission, you were paid weekly, which directly contradicts the claim that this is “fake.” A scam would imply no pay, no structure, or no legitimacy, and none of that applies here. Our people are W-2 employees, paid by us, and supported through training, benefits, and real promotion opportunities. We understand that not everyone enjoys sales, but personal dislike for a role does not make a legitimate business “a scam.” Our job descriptions state upfront that the role begins in sales with a clear track into leadership, and every candidate receives a full overview before starting. Publicly labeling a company as a scam because the work wasn’t the right personal fit isn’t just misleading—it’s unfair to the hundreds of employees who thrive here and to the clients who trust us. We stand 100% behind our business, our partnerships, and the opportunities we provide.

Pros

Mentorship & Training: Multiple reviews highlight a "top-tier" mentorship program. It appears the company invests heavily in teaching entry-level employees the ropes of sales, marketing, and professional communication. Energetic Culture: The environment is often described as fast-paced and collaborative. If you are someone who thrives on "hustle culture" and high energy, this might feel like a good fit.

Cons

ales-Heavy Reality: While roles might be titled "Project Manager" or "Consultant," discussions on forums like Reddit suggest these positions are often "direct sales" or "event marketing" roles (think retail kiosks or face-to-face promotions). The "Devilcorp" Association: In some industry circles, agencies with this specific business model (direct sales, fast promotion to "owner") are categorized under the "Devilcorp" umbrella—a term used by critics to describe companies with high turnover and commission-based structures that feel like MLMs.
