Pros
The people I worked with were friendly and the company was very organized. They had a great system for keeping track of everything and everyone knew their role in the company. Overall, I had a great experience working there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work.
Cons
on the con side, I felt that I didn't have as much opportunity for growth as I would have liked, and there were times when I didn't feel like my voice was being heard. Overall, it was a good company to work for, but it wasn't perfect.
