      Relaxed office, you can dress casually and schedules were really flexible. Pay was okay for starting. Not somewhere I wanted to work long term.

      Horrible benefits. Lack of direction.

      #managers CARE very much about our individuals # Dsp s and management go above and beyond and continue to learn more and more each day to make us even better at our job Frontier community services is thw most compassionate company for the disabled community . I am VERY PROUD. To work for this company

      Medical insurance sucks, for decent plan, you will be laying around $600/month. We get paid by weekly, so they take the $600 out of the 2.paycheck a month.
