Upper Management doesn't care about the front line employees - Anonymous employee Frontier Employee Review

They laid off an entire service center and didn't give a good reason. This center had the best reps who were knowledgeable and had high productivity. I believe they were laid off because upper management wanted to cut their salaries but couldn't find a way to do it so they laid them off and sent the jobs to another state where they were able to pay them less than half the pay.
