Pros
As far as a call center job goes, this job has been educational and useful because of the practical knowledge I gained. Frontier Communications tries really hard to keep the atmosphere upbeat and engaging. It is a good job as an in-between of sorts.
Cons
The focus on statistics and numbers for commission can be a let-down especially when you're trying your best. You are dependent on customers hypothetical recommendation of the company (Capital One credit cards) to their friends and family for commission.
