      Pros

      None, good people in the technician group. Some decent low level managers. Medium level of benefits. Lump sum retirement option is a plus.

      Cons

      Poor pay,outdated systems, poor employee recognition, constant take aways, very poor upper management, no balance between work and life. Very poor customer service. Too many chiefs, and not enough employees.

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
