      Pros

      The people you work directly with you really get close to. They are some of the funnest people you'll ever know.

      Cons

      Changes to pay all the time with no warning. They'll put it in place and a week later you will get the notification. Not a lot of support from management as most of them have not been on the phone in 10+ years. They don't know the systems or the products and prices.
