Pros

Formerly was Verizon Communications. I have never seen a company run as poorly as Frontier was. Major lack of communication between top brass and employees on the front line. Frontier is used to being a mom-n-pop company, when they took over CA, TX, FL from Verizon, they bit off more than they could chew. Instead of listening to former employess who knew what worked, they chose to do their own thing. Don't expect Frontier Communications to be in business much longer.

Cons

They lacked hiring upper management who were competent. Did not pay well for all the responsibilities they kept adding to workers. Refused to listen to suggestions that would have helped the company. Major issue they refuse to upgrade their old systems that would have eliminated a plethra of problems.

Cons

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.

very unorganized, it was a new division so we figured it out along the way
