Pros
In 2015 I would have a lot to add here but since the company has taken a nose dive I can only think of employee discounts and they do have health insurance even though it’s expensive
Cons
I was so happy 2 years ago when I started at this company. I was making good money, had great benefits and liked my boss. Now since the last acquisition and going further into debt the company has completely changed. There are no more bonuses or yearly merit increases. Health insurance is too expensive and they are laying people off constantly. Everyone is scared to lose their jobs and we all know it’s coming. A union job might be safe but any management employees will be gone before 2020 and we know it. They are even taking away free coffee and employee engagement activities to save money. They don’t care about us. When the money is gone they show their true colors.
