      Pros

      The local teams are great. But, the people in charge of managing the back office process from a distance seem to not care about their co-workers or our customers. I have come to the conclusion this is a top down problem.

      Cons

      The transition has left a lot to be desired. The systems and processes make it extremely difficult to be successful.
