Pros
Aggressive wage increases ,good benefits ,company match. Well trained internal departments for remoter troubleshooting. Good instruction on install and repair . Good instructions on ppe and climbing techniques. Quarterly info tours to address local concerns regarding plant condition and metrics.
Cons
Management spends gross amount of time nit picking a flawed performance metric system. Sometimes around the holidays the company does a head count and a force adjustment so you have a month of worry about if you'll have a job or have your job in another city. New hires start on the bottom of the seniority list and sometimes get forced out of town and must work weekends.
