The work group here in Thousand Oaks has a micro management mentality and a superior complex. If you get caught holding your phone you face harsh punishment. If you are checking the weather via website or any "non work related" website you face harsh punishment. Management requires sippy style cups to drink liquid. No eating at desks.. If caught with any of the mentioned activities you face suspension or worse. Been here for 15 years and the moral is bad due to the fear tactics used by management. This place is NOT a fun place to work at. There is no career advancement opportunities available.
