      Ok pay and benefits, about average for the industry Knowledgeable peers always willing to give a hand

      Cons

      Management actually lack there of. No funding for much need projects. Most major projects that do manage to get funded, partially any way, are poorly planned by upper management, rushed and turn in to a gaggle.
