EVERYTHING . Management at call center were dismal , demoralizing , a soul sucking place to work . Management would lie , placing blame on your for their their failures and punish you for it. Nothing positive about working in tech support . Even the customers were abusive to the agents on the phone. 2nd chance internet , products and services that customers are paying for , rarely worked .
