Management is inept, makes repeated bad decisions, and changes course with the wind. I describe it as a "Mom and Pop" shop that grew big, but never grew up. There was no downward communication to employees. Those of us that were salary were forced to work 50 or more hours a week (55+ in my case) just to keep things running and get the work done. They have such a bad reputation, that there were many positions that could not be filled because people in those cities refused to work for them.
