good pay and good benefits - Computer Programmer/Analyst Frontier Employee Review

-Management were all hired through nepotism so none of them know the job at all creating an environment where management asks for the world with out realizing they are. -Schedules vary on your seniority, Currently under a hiring freeze so get cozy at the bottom -Complacent employees mean you all get paid to do the same work but it's obvious some people do next to nothing while others take on so much -No ladder to climb in my department. We have 2 positions and since there is a hiring freeze means no promotions either.
