Pros
In 4 years Frontier has significantly expanded internet service to rural areas that previously couldn't have it. Frontier listens to their employees and customers and makes changes based on feedback. We receive competitve salaries and vacation time. In addition, Frontier is a 100% US based workforce.
Cons
Having local stores where customers can pay a bill or sign-up for services would help Frontier be more competitive with other providers.
