      unable to find 20 words to describe the pro's...there aren't any other than right now the minimal pay I receive buys a gallon of milk

      Cons

      Minimal pay, no guidance, no processes, changes constantly, never know what to expect from day to day because upper management continually changes what is to be done and who is to do what. Hamsters running on a wheel, getting no where.
