Work schedule can be flexible; some great employees who are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help... if allowed!
Cons
Lacks a decent compensation plan, base pay is well below industry standards, local management model is worthless (unless you are providing favors to the managers), lack of local support... unethical local management! No internal promotions or career growth.
