Pros

Salary is competitive with the market. & The benefits are decent.

Cons

Small fiber footprint (25 states), legacy products, and new products are not leading compared to other tech companies. Hard to solution sell with a small footprint and products that are not leading edge so you find yourself selling only ethernet services.
