Pros
Exposure to the Executive team in a matrixed growing (organic and inorganic) environment with limited bureaucracy. Entrepreneurial culture that is fast paced and nimble. HIGHLY Customer-centric and prides self on being best Customer Service Model in the Communications industry.
Cons
The culture is not for everyone. One of the reasons FTR is nimble and makes quick decisions is the lack of red tape and structure. Someone from IBM or GE, used to a highly structured, layered organization with lots of work life balance will struggle here.
