Everything else. You are nothing to the company. Manager rule by threats and coercion. If you are deemed a troublemaker they will absolutely come after you and lie to hang you. Not worth the pay for the stress on you and your family. If you like being mistreated this is the place. Stay away. Don't even order their service because they always make up lies when there is an issue. They will say an outage or they will mislabel a ticket to hide it from the public service. Not a good place to work at all.
