      Pay, benefits that's about it

      Cons

      Disconnect from lower to upper management. Bad work life balance. Old outdated IT systems that don't work causing delays in the field and frequent systems outages. Talks of better culture from management but nothing changes. Use of subcontractors doing shoddy work.
