Pros

The sales organization was well run. The team worked well together and worked together to achieve goals. There was a lot of opportunity to take ownership and drive improvements. Prior to 2022, I didn't have to go through a lot of red tape to do my daily job.

Cons

For years the company's resources went to multiple acquisitions, a divestiture, and a bankruptcy. The result is that the company's software and systems are years behind their peers. The post bankruptcy leadership is weak. The CEO has outlined clear consistent goals for the company, but execution is poor.

Cons

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.

very unorganized, it was a new division so we figured it out along the way
