Pros

The company was looking very promising and aggressive when i was first hired on. Great dedicated internet and voice product catalog

Cons

Extremely unorganized No streamlined process I signed 6 different compensation plans in under a year. Management is a revolving door The sales process and support is nonexistent Contradictory business practices Mass hiring to build more customer bass before they ultimately sell to another large company. zero sense of stability
