Pros
Very smart, motivated people. They care about what they do, and they want to provide a great product for the consumer. My manager gives constructive feedback, and tells me she appreciates me.
Cons
Company has so many legacy systems crammed together, it's really limited. Feels like we spin our wheels a lot on projects that never take off. Priorities are constantly changing, and then on top of the "priority" projects, we are thrown other smaller projects that "HAVE" to happen. I realize that some of this, of course, will always happen, but it happens here in the extreme. People can't work 60 hours all the time.
