Management - Anonymous employee Frontier Employee Review

Nothing has changed in the 4 years as employees and statements on social posts like Glassdoor indicate. Upper management is based on "good ole boy" and whos friends with who. Changes happen without notice, realignments, and poor follow thru. You never really truly know or understand your job duties and what the expectations are for your job. May find out after the fact when they do your review.
