Good pay and benefits. Long term construction projects.

Cons

A lot of travel. A lot of the projects last 6 months or more, but the next job might be across the country. Hard to raise a family while traveling to various states. Good job for a single of a family without kids.

Excellent compensation (base salary + per diem)

Cons

Compensation is where the positives end. I’ve never experienced such a hostile work environment which included threats, cussing out employees, and yelling/screaming in the office. FK does not support work life balance, be prepared to work 7 days a week for months on end.
