Pros

I get to work from home, they worked with my availability for scheduling, and it is a great team. The pay is also better than most of the jobs I have worked.

Cons

I think the biggest downside of working from home is not getting to meet coworkers in person, and some of the interaction and communication that is normal to other jobs is lost.
