Pros

Promote from with in whenever able. Upper management team works well with each other. Issues are handled quickly. The CEO cares about what happens with company and the employees. I can work from my remote office.

Cons

You do not move up quickly as it is performance based. Change happens quickly, its a call center. Sometimes you have to adapt to it.
