Pros

There are a lot of friendly people who work here and there is a positive energy that flows around. There is always someone to cheer you up if you are having a bad day. Management is always super nice about any questions you have and get you the answers you need. A few benefit's about working here is you can work from home, You don't have to go out and fight the weather or have expensive work attire to wear. Not sure about how to handle a certain type of call? No worries! Management has you covered. They will meet with you and give you a refresher and answer your questions. We are always happy to welcome new faces to our team!

Cons

The downside is, As there are many people on a call at they same time so you may not always get a response within seconds.
