Pros

Honestly one of the best places I worked at. They are completely flexible with employees in every way possible. They promote within the company. When I started I was hired for a 2 week outbound account but then asked if I wanted to do full time. I was so nervous and intimidated by learning all the companies protocols and scripts but the managers really helped me get it down and I worked for them for a few years and even became a manager for accounts and a service level manager as well. Only reason why I do not work for them is because I moved out of state to a state that they cannot take employees.

Cons

None . They have a great Xmas party as well. Not sure if they still are doing that but it was fun.
