Pros
- Work is not expected after working hours - People do actually respect everyone's opinion - You wont see anyone from management using harsh tone with you be it verbally or over the mail.
Cons
- I guess, since its service based company, salary bracket is bit low. - You have to come to office 11 days a month. Which is kind of a pros as well, its better than 2/3 days a week.
