      Pros

      The schedule is flexible if you have a family, they will work with your tight schedule at home with the kids. Make sure you put in 40 or more hours a week. It is a good courtesy.

      Cons

      If you your are signing a lot, they only need you for a couple of days and kick you out. watch for that!
