The company is a subsidiary of a Japanese company so it has a conversative and reactionary approach to business. There is no room for change or innovation. The employees receive no direction and so customer service suffers as a result. There is a huge weakness in project delivery in the company, projects are rarely delivered in time and on budget. The UK government recently claimed that Fujitsu was on its blacklist as a high risk supplier which is not surprising because the company does not prioritise customer satisfaction.
