Pros
Fujitsu has great people. Its global reach puts it in a league with only 3-4 companies. It has an nteresting array of products and services.
Cons
The current penny pinching, especially around employees, is disheartening and sometimes misguided. The company bureaucracy feels like that of government. And outsourced HR must save money, but think about about it. A people company that outsources HR to save money doesn't really put people at the top of the priority list.
