      Pros

      Work life balance, no work pressure, i joined as java developer and end up with VBA developer

      Cons

      You will not get proper technology stack to work, i joined as java developer but they shifted me to VBA that is very bad experience, Didnt find rich environment project i worked in 5 project just in 10 month peoject scale was very small so didnt get chance ro learn more things.
