Business Outlook
Pros
Fujitsu has good work environment. The people are supportive with each other. There is no micromanagement. It provides flexibility to employees, there is less late night works. No weekend support. Short term projects also there so that you could have exposure on multiple projects in short span of experience
Cons
The professionalism is less. The management is not that good. The location of office in pune is very outside of city. The assets are little old generation assets. There IT management is very poor, lot of security policies on their laptops.
