Pros
They leave you alone. You go to work, do your job and get paid. Thats it. A few meetings now and then but largely nothing.
Cons
If you want more from your employer, like career development, social gatherings, training & benefits Fujitsu is not for you. Revenue is the key, keeping employees happy is secondary ( they've yet to understand that the two go hand in hand). Apart from having a large bureaucracy you don't sense they are a global company with global resources and global opportunities.
