Being in the fast-moving telecommunications industry, we need to make sure we are consistently evolving in the products and solutions we offer to meet the anticipated needs of our customers. With such growth and change comes the need for additional or new skillsets. Sometimes, the due diligence required to solve this business issue calls for restructuring. This requires us to think critically about the positions we have and carefully determine the need for every position going forward. Sometimes, this means we lose talented individuals that have been part of the FNC family. We must keep moving forward to stay on the leading edge of technology.
