1. Recruiters are not aware of company policies, whatever they tell at time of joining doesn't match the HR policies. 2. They threaten with HR action whenever anyone raise their concern or refuses to work on weekends. 3. A lot and lots of politics and favoritism. 4. 3 months' notice period. 5. No promotions and salary hike, almost 5%.
