(One of the company's and one for the project's) - Use 2 different envrioments: your own laptop and a Virtual Machine+ when you do remote sessions with users, connect with the virtual machine to the user's machine. - Micromanagement on Teams, tagging you many many times in different channels with huge lists to check. - Communicate in many different languages using a free translator website that has a limit how many times you can use it, so many times you are there with a huge workload and cannot continue, - Always pushing you to do more, and more (without any reward) - Low wages, no bonus system, bad management. - Don't even mention that they laying off a lot of people.
