Good work life balance for most folks; good pay, benefits. Two week shutdown during xmas/new years.
Cons
Recent changes have reduced the on-shore hardware development, with focus on supporting Japan originated hw. No clear direction for markets, long term technologies. Management rewarded for fixing problems, not preventing problems.
