- Pays well for Call Center - Modern new offices - Great people - Growing

Cons

- Not enough support for people on the phone - Benefits are weak and expensive - Managers ignore problems - The main client is Sprint which isnt the best company to do service for - Bonus structure changes all the time - No control over work hours - Communication is non-existent

I appreciate that you took the time to provide feedback. I am sorry that you encountered issues that you felt were not resolved by management. We have a definite line of communication that includes Operation Managers, Directors, Human Resources and Senior Leaders. We all have open door policies, make ourselves available through our internal chat tool, accessible through email and have created an on-line communication portal. We do recognize that we are growing so quickly that we need to ensure the proper level of communication is happening and are currently working on resolving this.
