Pros
The only pro was that I had to work from home, but it's also a con
Cons
Where to start.....well from the beginning the training was 8 weeks long, which was fine, but we weren't routed the calls that we were going to be handling once we hit the floor. A lot of it was outdated and over complicated and just plain wrong. I was part of the first wave to work from home while in my last week or two of training. They misled us about bonusing, very unorganized and policies and procedures were changing almost on a daily basis. Very unprofessional management, I have tons of examples that confirms this but will leave that for unemployment. Every day I was overwhelmed and underpaid. I did the job of 3 ppl. Team managers wouldn't take a call if a customer called to speak directly to them. And we were forced to make promises to customers we couldn't keep.......they were not very caring or empathetic that everyone has a situation and things come up and didn't care that we had to work from home and me personally have 2 kids who I have full custody of and not much help. So they want us to exhibit their "core values" but they didn't exhibit them at all, especially during the middle of a global pandemic........and that is just the surface.
