Pros

The experience with FPS is entirely dependent on the campaign you are on and the client you are servicing. The first client company I serviced was incompetent, unrealistic, underachieving, over-demanding, and an overall nightmare to work for. Their imbecilic business model is only matched by the simplemindedness of the people attempting to execute it. What makes it worse is that FPS internal management cower to these Neanderthals and kowtow to their every demand. This is likely a main contributor as to why the client company declared bankruptcy in 2020. The second client however was an absolutely joy. Competent management, clear and concise goals and growth direction, well managed growing pains and consistent successes for the client, Full Potential Solutions, internal management, and the agents as a whole.

Cons

If you are looking for vertical career opportunity, this is not the employer you seek. What would be considered "higher paying jobs" are being outsourced to the Philippines in an effort to pay a fraction of the cost. We are issued refurbished, low quality technology with no consistent hardware standard amongst agents which makes each agents experience %100 unique in terms of speed, reliability, efficiency, and usability of the technology which causes unnecessary downtime troubleshot by an IT team I wouldn't trust to help find the On/Off button. There is zero loyalty to the employees, Full Potential Solutions has no issues unceremoniously firing their employees at the insane and illogical demands of their clients. The entirely unmanageable and unrealistic KPI and metric shifts within certain clients will send your stress through the roof and when it suits the company, will be used against you as grounds for termination.
