Once you leave, you won't get anything even your back pay. I already processed my clearance since 2020 and return all the equipment. Tried several emails to HR, and I didn't receive even a single response from them. I even tried to look for a working phone number but I guess they really intended that you can only email them. I feel sorry for this company and for those people who will apply. If they think you are no longer needed, they will throw you away like garbage.
