No time to take PTO in a start up and no pay out for unused PTO. They tell you not to share your salary or bonus information with other (I now know that is against the law). They are an Outsource Company--make sure you understand what that means before you apply. US employees are basically only hired to keep save face, because they would rather hire off-shore because it is cheaper. Any chance they get to undercut US employees they will. All off-shore employees are eligible for internet reimbursement and unused PTO payouts. Sure you may get hired but it is a ghetto place to work. If you want to work with people who do not care about the core values and for managers that don't enforce the rules for their friends, then this is the place for you. They will tell you they have an inclusive culture until you are the one that is different. I witnessed many be fired for not being "like minded" whatever that means in today's world of diversity. When I quit my manager told me he wished I would have quit 2 weeks earlier, why? Because I told him I wanted an answer on my raise after waiting 14 weeks with no response also after no increase for 4 years of being with the company. Do not work here!
